The driver came 30 minutes late ,he called up at 1.30 and said he is reaching & then finally he came at around 14:10. and when we reached the station we said we wanted to go to premium parking side & he parked in general and when we again requested to take us to premium only , as senior citizens were traveling with us ,he was rude and arrogant with us . He asked for INR 1060 over & above the Toll gate charges already paid towards delhi frm GGN.

The amount you have charged is too high. It should be around 700. Because other companies are giving small cabs @350 and we can get 2 small cabs(8 seats in total) at 700. SO no need to take SUV at large cost with 7 seats.

Cabgurgaon charged for return tole though it was only railway station drop. I had to pay Rs.90/-(87/- toll plus balance Rs.3/- retained by the driver) which happened for the first time during my all Rly stn/Airport drop/pickup. I feel attitude and behaviour of drivers engaged also needs improvement - they should not imagine that they are doing any favour to a customer but doing his duty.

Just bringing to your notice the following two points: 1. Driver asked for extra charges for: (a) parking in railway and (b) toll charges for his return journey. Including these expenses in Fixed cost/pricing details would be good. 2. The website asks for details thrice, that too the same details. So need to work on your website for customers.

The cab was smelling really bad and we had to open the windows even in the heat outside. Also, the driver was told to drop on the pharaganj side and yet he stopped at the other side. We asked him to drop us at the correct side with only 10 mins to spare, just barely making it to our train.

This time my travel experience was bad, Journey start time was 05:30 PM, Driver details came to me around 05:25 PM that too after cross-checking and pushing it with customer care. I booked Toyota Innova, driver came with Ertiga that too reached late. Took INR 87 as toll tax, though i believe it has to be INR 66 for toll tax or so. Their was lot of confusion. Journey started on bad note.

why did he charge the toll tax,where as he did not cross the toll barrier and rather came from old delhi road through Rajokri More.when I asked him that why he is charging the toll tax from me, when we have not crossed the toll barrier, he said that he is charging because he paid while going to Delhi from Gurgaon to pick me up from Railway station.My query is why should I pay for that.

Even after booking much before time and confirming the cab by paying 120 bucks, the cab came in 45 mins late. We had to catch a train and due to this had to miss it. The total loss that I suffered due to your deficient service was Rs 2500, this when the driver claims he had already confirmed to the customer care that he'll be an hour late. This has been the worst experience for me and my family especially when we had a small child with us.

Cab booking was very easy.I got a new cab and driver was very friendly and as per my request came before time to avoid last minute rush. Although the rate it bit high as compared to App based taxi services available in NCR and there are no discounts available on the website or with customer care. Website mentioned 1000/- for drop to New Delhi Railway station. Customer care earlier also mentioned 1000/- initially but later called back & said driver will charge extra for arriving to my residence - pickup point in Gurgaon. No mention of this charge was available on the website. Later after dropping us at the railway station - the driver asked 110/- extra as MCD Toll tax which wasn't mentioned earlier by customer care or on the website plus an extra 70/- for the extra kms travelled by the car even before the trip started. I would again book from cabgurgaon if the charges mentioned on the website are followed & no hidden charges are levied. The extra amount of 170/- was not too high but it creates a feeling of deceit.
