The cab did not have enough diesel. Ideally, the driver should have checked this before starting. But was casual about it, even after us prompting him to fuel the tank. While we are 40 kms into yamuna expressway, Diesel was about to run out. Govt's negligence in setting up gas stations on the highway only compounded problems. This caused about a half hour delay and we were stranded in the middle of highway and had to beg some bystanders to go and fetch 10 litres of diesel. The driver was ill-informed on routes within Delhi and on the way to Agra and back. It would be better if you send informed drivers, when tourists book to check out such places.

There is no use of feedback for U, I booked package but this is i have ever seen waste and useless service. Once i booked package confirmed with BKG-IDPKCG3839 but when i called at the time of booking on the booking confirmation chauffeur- Mr- shivdayal, cell no: 9717855401 there is no any response and also same i have given on call on customer care number no response. So what is the use sending feedback for you people with out any service.. Once after planning any trip if u act like this then no use of contacting cabgurgaon.. Thanks a lot for your service..

At the time of booking, I had made it very clear that I need a well-maintained cab. But the cab was so old and uncomfortable. Its AC was not working properly and was smelly. It was making too much of noise. We felt as if we were travelling in a bus.
